Privacy policy

This policy describes the information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect account details such as your email address, phone number, username and profile information; security and device information; support messages; and transaction records needed to operate the service.

Public blockchain data, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes and token movements, is visible on the relevant network and is not controlled by XCall.

2. How we use information

  • Provide wallets, transfers, withdrawals, payment requests and XPay services.
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts against fraud, bots and unauthorized access.
  • Process support requests and communicate service or security notices.
  • Monitor reliability, diagnose faults and improve product performance.
  • Meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations where applicable.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, security and communication providers that process it on our behalf; with transaction participants when necessary to complete a payment; or with authorities when legally required. Providers must protect the information and use it only for the agreed service.

4. Cookies and local storage

Our web applications may use cookies or local storage to maintain sessions, remember essential preferences and protect the service. We do not use these technologies to sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Security logs and financial records may require different retention periods. Public blockchain records cannot be altered or deleted by us.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, account security checks and monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and devices.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or ask for account closure. Some transaction and compliance records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The date above identifies the latest version. To make a privacy request or ask a question, use our support page.
