1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, visiting our services or using any XCall or XPay feature, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must comply with the laws that apply where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials and wallet PIN, and all activity performed through your account.
Contact support immediately if you believe your account or a device connected to it has been compromised.
3. The service
XCall provides hosted wallet functionality, internal transfers, TRON-network deposits and withdrawals, payment requests and XPay checkout tools. Feature availability may depend on account status, location, maintenance, network conditions or compliance requirements.
4. Transactions and fees
- You must review the recipient, network, asset and amount before confirming a transaction.
- Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after broadcast. XCall cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect or incompatible address.
- Applicable service and network fees are shown before confirmation where practical and may change as network conditions change.
- We may delay, reject or review a transaction to protect users, comply with law or investigate suspected abuse.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, abuse of another person, interference with the service, automated attacks, attempts to bypass security controls, or transactions involving assets you do not have the right to use.
6. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants using XPay are responsible for their products, pricing, refunds, taxes, customer communications and compliance obligations. XCall provides payment technology and is not a party to the underlying sale between a merchant and customer.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or close access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected violations, legal compliance, prolonged inactivity or service protection. Where permitted, we will provide information about available next steps.
8. Service availability and risk
Digital assets can be volatile, and blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, outages or changes outside our control. The services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in XCall constitutes investment, tax or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCall is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, market movements, third-party failures, user error, incompatible addresses or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Questions about these terms can be submitted through our support page.
